Re: [Solved] Sharing Cups Printer for Mac Clients Thank you, I mistook the Generic Postscript for the Raw driver which actually is the right one to use. Trying out your solution didn't work with the server's driver set to Raw and installing the Mac driver for the printer on the client (nothing happens).

- Mac Cups Client Hold For Authentication Error
Hi all,
For a while now, we've been 99% Mac based when it comes to clients, so we've always run OS X Server as it handled our needs. Cubase 6 free download mac. For Print serving, we use the built in CUPS Server system and Web Gui to manage it. At the end of last year, due to supply waste concerns, we started requiring authentication for our Color Printers, and limiting them to a select few (BW printers do not require authentication). I was just informed that next week we have a few Windows 7 and 10 users starting, and that they'll need to be able to print in color.
In the past, I've had no issues adding printers to Windows machines using ipp to connect to the CUPS printers, however, those were only our unauthenticated BW printers. When I attempt to add one of our authentication required printers to my demo PC, I'm able to using the following URL type (http://IP-OF-SERVER:631/printers/COLORPRINTER) however, I'm not prompted for a user or password at any time when attempting to print like I am on Mac clients. The print jobs just seem to vanish and go nowhere.
After a bit of googling, I've tried this URL TYPE: http://username:password@IP-OF-SERVER:631/printers/COLORPRINTER ; however, Windows is unable to find that printer.
Anyone have any suggestions? Download my photo stream mac. Something I need to enable in CUPS for PCs?
Thanks!

https://wdtf.over-blog.com/2020/10/how-to-mark-a-footnote-in-text-in-word-for-mac.html. Short story: we just set up uniFlow set up at our organization so I was tasked with packaging the Secure Print drivers and printers (which I've done). When I install our printers manually (via its SMB share) I am not prompted for credentials.
Set Mac Authentication State
The problem is that after using Casper admin to upload these printers to JSS, the users are being prompted for their AD credentials. The link I posted above is what I am trying to follow and I believe I have everything in-place (com.318cupswatcher.plist and the Launch Agent). However it doesn't seem like the Launch agent is running and if I try to manually invoke it:
Should Mac Authentication Be Enabled
Terminal returns: 'Service cannot load in requested session' (sudo makes no difference).
Client Authentication Failed
Am I on the right path? Any advice as to what I'm missing?
